The double bedroom accommodates two people, in the living room the double sofa bed accommodates two more Smart TV that can be connected to the wifi router of your phone, clothes hangers, built-in wardrobe for clothes, and air conditioner available. Bath towels and bath soaps (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap) are included, which you will find already in the room! The exclusive outdoor space for guests is ideal for smokers and for your evenings. Many services for daily needs are also within walking distance! The space An intimate apartment in a small villa, with a private entrance that will make you feel free and private!At the entrance, there is a spacious outdoor patio exclusively for dining or sharing your evenings, all well equipped with an outdoor sink for greater comfort, and a shower for returning from the beach!The house consists of a single living room/kitchen, equipped with a dining table, smart TV that can be connected to your phone's wifi router, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with basic amenities such as a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower, and right next to it is a comfortable, though not too large, bedroom overlooking the patio and air conditioning (which we remind you to turn off when you are not at home to avoid waste). In the living room there is a sofa bed that becomes a double bed. Guest access Guests have access to the house from a private entrance on the street with a pedestrian gate along which you reach the entrance of the house.
