The space Your apartment is at ground level with direct access to the terrace and the 2,000 sqm natural garden. You enter the apartment through a large wind trap, which delimits the hallway in the living area with another door. On the right side is the second bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (3 beds in total). Next to it is the main bath with tub, shower, toilet and large washbasin, all brightly tiled. Opposite you will find the dressing room with a gigantic built-in closet. Through the hallway you pass a storage room into the main living area. A bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob and 2-burner gas hob, baking oven, large refrigerator, modern dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. invites you to cook together, cozy. A generous "Sammelsurium" of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories is also available. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table (extendable) for up to 8 people. Live cooking is therefore guaranteed. :-) The living room is also integrated into the kitchen-living room and offers a very cozy atmosphere with 2 sofas, satellite TV (48 inch LCD TV), hi-fi boxes for iPhone/Android/iPod (bestial noisy and with lush basses). From Marineheide (about 18 km), another regional train will take you to the Cologne main train.
