Walkable/bikeable to downtown Crozet, 2 miles to King Family Vineyard & Chiles Peach Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville. It features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end finishes. Whether staying for a night or for the weekend, it is an experience to enjoy the easy living Crozet has to offer. Walkable/bikeable to downtown Crozet, 2 miles to King Family Vineyard & Chiles Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment that offers free high speed internet via WIFI. There is an assigned parking spot in the driveway for guests and if traveling with more than one vehicle, we do have additional off street parking areas in our driveway. Other things to note Parties of 4 will be an additional $30/night. Please indicate if you do not need the 2nd bedroom set up as a bedroom. It will always be set up as a bedroom unless you inform us a week prior to your stay if you would not like the 2nd bed to be set up if you intend on using that room differently or want it open. Check-in time is 3:00PM. There is a unique code to access the front door lock. You will receive your custom code that will be good for the duration of your stay. There is no need for us to meet you to let you in and you can arrive/depart whenever you would like to. Our primary home is on the property. There is an open breezeway that connect our primary home to this space. You will see us coming and going and sometimes activity going on in the driveway. This is not a remote location. It is in a suburban neighborhood. It is located on a dead end street and vehicle traffic is very minimal.
