The open plan kitchen, dining, lounge room is great for families to spend time together in. With cathedral ceilings and many north facing windows this sun drenched home in winter yet the double glazing and position of the home keeps it cool in summer. The home has all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. Wifi and bluetooth. Smart TV with Netflix for relaxing at night and a superb top of the range Krix floor speakers if you're a music lover. A bath with baby shower hose. Two showers and two toilets. Continuous gas heated hot water. A fully equiped kitchen for cooking and baking with the new large electric oven and stove top. Soft lighting with many lamps and candles can create a relaxed atmosphere to chill in at night. The new deck seats 8 for dining with a bar area seating 4. The deep steps of the deck allow for extra seating to enjoy the nature all around. (please note this may not be suitable for small children). Take a walk through the forest area and listen to the Wrens and Robins. There is seating up the back of the property under the magnificent tall trees, it is a wonderful shady spot for those summer hot afternoons. This is not a rental that we use but our home that we are renting out and we hope you respect and enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access The entire 6 acres is available to guest.
