This cozy just fully renovated independent house at the most picturesque fishermen's village "Aliki", in Paros, 20 meters from the sea and 50 from a no organized sandy beach will offer you the relaxation, the peace and the quality you are seeking for your summer vacation. It doesn't matter with who you are family, your loved one or with your fiends this peaceful place and neighborhood together with the sounds of summer and the sounds of the sea will give you the relaxation you are looking for. The space More than just a place to stay "Patriko" is a unique and fully equipped (with air conditioning and internal heating) and decorated self catering accommodation for short term rent for 2 to 5 people. It has 85 m2 main space consisted of one master bedroom with a private bathroom and a traditional built King bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. A second common traditional bathroom is right outside the two bedrooms. The living room more than consists of two built in couches where can host one more guest, and a traditional fire place great to use in the winter months. The kitchen is connected with the living room through a discreet open entrance and has all the amenities included like stove oven,dish wash machine, refrigerator,boiler etc. When you enter the house and before you enter towards the living room there is a dining room, but you can always dine also at the terrace outside the front door with the sounds of the sea, or you can also dine in the back yard in peace and quiet. Guest access There is a back yard with a small garden which you can use enjoying privacy and quiet . At the back yard also you will notice one round black stairs that will lead you to the deck at the roof of the house in order to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the magnetic sunsets. Do not allow young children to go on the roof deck using security padlock in the door of the staircase. Other things to note From the first of January 2024 (1/1/2024), the Hellenic Ministry of Finance under article 30 of act 5073/2023 introduces a climate tax " sustainability fee against climate change" for independent residence over 80 square meters. This tax amounts to 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February each year. this tax is payable by the guest via the Airbnb platform.
