The open-concept living and dining area boasts soaring 20-ft cathedral ceilings, providing plenty of space to unwind, dine, and gather with family or friends. Overlooking the main living area is a spacious loft that doubles as a second lounge or game room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa, foosball table, and TV with Roku—ideal for kids or additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the cookware and tableware you need for home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining table seats four comfortably, and the breakfast bar accommodates 3 more. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, large closet, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a relaxing garden tub. Two guest bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed plus a twin, making it easy to accommodate families or groups. A full-sized bathroom in the hallway serves the guest rooms, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer adds extra convenience. Entertainment & Connectivity: Entertainment is well-covered with a 65-inch Roku TV in the living room and 43-inch TV in the primary bedroom, as well as additional TVs in the loft and guest bedrooms. (The loft and one guest room are equipped with Roku instead of cable.) Stay connected with private, ultra-fast WiFi (900+ Mbps download speed)—ideal for remote work or streaming. A dedicated workspace is provided in the loft. Security: Guest safety, and the safety of the property, is a priority. There is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door. The camera provides security for guests as well as for the property. The camera is outward-facing only, as guest privacy is also a top priority. Interference with the camera is against the house rules and will result in termination of the reservation. Peaceful & Private Setting: Located on the second floor, this unit offers peace and quiet with no upstairs neighbors. The clubhouse also features a fitness center, open 24/7 for your convenience. Other things to note What We Provide: The condo is stocked with essentials to help make your stay comfortable. You'll find pots and pans, dishes, linens for all beds (including the sofa bed), bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and dish towels. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience, and a folding drying rack is provided for air-drying swimsuits and towels. Please avoid placing the drying rack over carpeted areas. A few pool towels may be available, left behind by previous guests. If you need additional ones, a nearby Walmart offers a variety of pool towels for purchase. Starter Supplies: We provide starter amounts of the following items to get you through the first day or two of your stay: Dishwashing liquid Dishwasher detergent Laundry detergent Paper towels Toilet paper Small bars of soap Trash can liners For coffee lovers, both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker are provided. Please bring your own coffee, K-Cups, and filters as we do not supply any edible items, including coffee, spices, or oils. For health and safety reasons, any food items left behind—even if unopened—will be discarded. Cleaning & Maintenance: The property will be professionally cleaned before your arrival and again after your departure. Please note that daily housekeeping services and towel replacements are not included, as this is a self-catering rental.
