This large , modern, spacious holiday house with great views and fabulous entertainment & relaxation spaces was built for sharing, mostly suited for an adult getaway. Welcome to Alogara! The space Located in Rye between front and back beach, Alogara is perched up high! Spacious decking and floor to ceiling windows offer you sunrise views all the way to Cape Schanck Light House and sunset views across the heads of Port Phillip Bay. Upstairs you will find the large, well appointed kitchen and light filled open plan living and dining area that opens out to the sunny entertaining deck, with a large weber barbeque and outdoor furniture. The kitchen has a generous stone island bench that invites long, hearty breakfasts and plenty of prep space for everyone. Don't forget to try out the incredible steam room which relaxes and cleanses your body to the core. Downstairs you will find a pool room with a smart TV, perfect for watching the footy. There is also a living room, which can be your music room with its guitars, piano, and percussions instruments, or your own in-house theatre with it’s 85inch Smart TV, & online streaming. You can also chill out with Xbox one, heaps of board games, puzzles and a holiday library. This living area opens out to a covered deck with a built in, 6 seater heated spa, and outdoor table and chairs. Spread across both levels you will feel spoilt with the sleeping arrangement options. Fresh & spacious, each bedroom has built in-robes and a smart TV. Four of the bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto decks. There are 2 Master Bedrooms with King size beds, walk in robes and ensuite. There are 4 Queen size bedrooms, one has a bunk as well. A further 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms means no one will ever have to wait! A fully equipped laundry makes holiday washing easy.
