Located in Rangitahi, a new subdivision in Raglan complete with local walking tracks and coffee hut, this is quiet accommodation in a new house with modern comforts. The house has two bedrooms (one queen bed, one double) and open-plan living, with views out over the estuary and Mt Karioi. Situated a short distance from the village (25min walk or 3min drive) and Raglan's beaches (8mins to the surf). The space Views to the water and mountain range beyond from the lounge as well as the two bedrooms. Please note, with this a new build - some landscaping still being established! There can also be some construction noise around the subdivision as new homes go up. Guest access All living areas, kitchen and bathroom etc, plus two bedrooms facing the water. Other things to note The house is located in a new subdivision where people are building homes, so depending on what is happening in the area, the day of the week and the time of day, there might be some construction noise. There are two adult bikes you are welcome to use. Please bring helmets! 🚲
