5th floor modern super bright open concept flat. Renovated in 2025 and is both cosy and stylish. Situated in Neukölln, it is very close to a vibrant bar scene and via the S Bahn nothing in Berlin is further than 30 min. Rate includes 7,5% city tax PLUS 15.5% airbnb fees (23% in total). If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :). Situated in Neukölln, it is very close to a vibrant bar scenel and via the S Bahn nothing in Berlin is further than 30 min well-appointed with wifi, comfortable furnishings, roof deck... . The flat is located on the top floor and has a nice terrace. Lovely bamboo floors with warm rugs make for a very cozy base to explore Berlin, both the nearest surroundings, trendy and up-and-coming Neukölln, and the city at large, easily accessed by S-Bahn trains, which stop just outside the door. Grocery stores in abundance within walking distance and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom), bars, cafes and great, inexpensive (and expensive) food all around. One master bedroom with a comfortable 180cm double bed. There is high speed internet included. Please note: the flat is on the fifth floor and no lift. This is an entire flat listing - we won't be in your hair! This is our flat. We live here and we sometimes rent it out when we are away. it is a lived in flat, not agency run. Our books are here, we will make space for your clothes and belongings, but there will be forcibly some of our stuff too. Street parking is fine in the area and free. The Ringbahn stop Sonnenallee is literally two minutes away, as is the stop for the bus M41 which runs direct from here to the main train station, stopping through Hermannplatz (the heart of Neukölln), Mehringdamm, Potsdamer Platz and Tiergarten. We are very easily accessed from the airport, one can either take the bus 171 stopping at S Sonnenallee or take the S-Bahn, changing at either Treptower Park or Neukölln for the Ringbahn (which is just one stop on either side to Sonnenallee). From the train station, the easiest with luggage is the bus M41. Neukölln is one of the more legitimately multicultural areas of Berlin and has a lively street life. In the immediate vicinity of our flat are supermarkets and grocery stores, great bars and cafes, as well as the beautiful square at Alt-Rixdorf, and even a Michelin starred restaurant, while there is still a Doener downstairs. There is some "nice" furniture in the flat, that we would like to be treated with respect. It is totally fine if you came to Berlin to party, but this should not happen excessively in the flat. Guest access This is an entire apartment for rental, so no areas are off-limits. There is a small closet room where will keep most of our things, that will be locked. We do leave books on the shelves as well as some personal items. and would expect that guests would treat anything belonging to us in the flat with respect. It is a non-smoking apartment, which shouldn't be a problem since there is a balcony :) The kitchen is truly fully equipped, you are welcome to use it, as well as the BBQ (but the BBQ should not be moved too closely to the sides, as they might melt). If there is coal, you can use it, if not, sold in supermarkets and on Sundays at gas stations in Germany. Other things to note There is some "nice" furniture in the flat, that we would like to be treated with respect.
