Our two-storey, self-contained, private and modern two-bedroom unit is located in the charming town of Gruyere in the Yarra Valley. The property features a family run working horse stable. Wake up to the sounds of horses neighing and the sight of them running in the paddocks over a coffee on the patio. Gruyere is 60 minutes outside of Melbourne and is the home to some of the most iconic wineries, trails and produce. Alternatively simply enjoy the luxurious, serene and modern accommodation. The space The space is accessible by a private entrance. This unit includes a kitchen, dining space, lounge area and a bathroom downstairs. The two seperate bedrooms can be found upstairs and are separated by a cosy reading nook. The first bedroom contains a king bed and the second bedroom contains two single beds. Outside you will find a beautiful patio that contains a fire pit . Guest access You will have access to the unit, parking and patio. Other things to note Yarra Valley Stables Retreat is a beautiful property situated on working horse stud with extensive equine facilities. The owners of the property live on-site, and we kindly ask that their right to privacy and operation of the property is respected at all times. We strive to make your stay as wonderful and welcoming as possible. To ensure your security, safety, and enjoyment of the property, we kindly ask that you follow the rules and guidelines listed below when booking with us: - The number of guests is limited to the booked house accommodation. - Unfortunately, no pets of any kind are permitted at the accommodation due to the property being on working stables. - Children are more than welcome to stay, but please ensure their safety by watching them at all times while outside the accommodation as there are horses on the premises. - Functions or gatherings are not permitted, and we ask that guests respect the peace and vista of the surrounding area by ensuring no excessive noise. - Drones are prohibited for privacy of the owners - Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the accommodation. If a booking guest fails to adhere to any of these conditions, the owner reserves the right and sole discretion to ask the guest to leave the property immediately.
