Just third row from the beach, this home offers beautiful ocean views from the screened-in porch and four decks, providing multiple vantage points of the ocean and waterway. An elevator makes access to each floor easy and convenient. The home features Wi-Fi, TVs, and ceiling fans in three bedrooms, a gas fireplace, and a washer and dryer for guest use. With an open floor plan, there are two master suites—one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed—plus a Pyramid bunk room with USB ports, an additional Queen bedroom, and two living areas, making it perfect for family gatherings. Outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot/cold shower, foot shower, furnished screened porch and decks, covered parking, and a charcoal grill. With over 2,700 square feet, this home is just minutes from the ocean, restaurants, ice cream shops, playgrounds, and splash pads. It’s easy to see why guests return year after year! Ready for Bed: For weekly rentals, all bedroom beds are made prior to arrival with fresh linens. Towels and bath mats are also provided so you can settle in and relax immediately. Guest access We know you are getting excited and want to make sure you know where and when to check in.  The Coastal Vacation Resorts office is located at 131 Ocean Boulevard West on the ocean front near the bridge that brings you across the intracoastal waterway.  Turn right at the stop sign after crossing the bridge and you will see our office immediately on your left.  Check-in starts at 3:00 PM unless you elected and paid for early arrival beginning at 1:00 PM. If your home is a keyless entry home your code will be emailed to you in a separate email. Your code will be active at 3 pm unless you have an early arrival. Your check in and out instructions will be left on the kitchen counter of the home. If you will not be arriving before 5:00 PM, your check-in packet and keys will be in the cabinet in the sunroom located on the east side of our building. From our entire staff, welcome to Holden Beach!  Other things to note Please remember to roll your trash cans (regular & recycling) all the way out to the curb the night on Monday night and Before check-out.  Trash collection begins very early in the morning and it is extremely important that all trash be collected on schedule.  If your trash cans are stored in stands near the street, they must still be rolled out of the stands and placed at the curb.  Let us know if you have questions and thanks very much for your assistance.  Have a safe trip home and come back soon!
