The space This home has a large, open living & dining area with an adjacent kitchen, flooded with natural light through the south-facing windows. There is a master bedroom with a private bath and private back deck (overlooking a small brook) on the first floor. The second floor has an open loft with a Queen bed which connects to another full bathroom. There is also another private bedroom on the second floor with a King bed. The home has a large, covered front porch overlooking the East Branch of the Ausable River. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. Other things to note We welcome well-behaved, house trained dogs! There is a $50 per dog fee that will be applied to your reservation if you plan to bring a dog. This will come across as a separate charge once we have confirmed your booking. Please keep your dog leashed outside the home and be prepared to clean up any waste on or around the property. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture and must be crated if left alone in the home for any amount of time. Additional charges may apply if there is dog-related damage or evidence that these rules were not followed.
