Driveway parking for 2 cars. 1 min walk to Crest Park, 3 min walk to Crest Sporting Complex, Velodrome & Steven Falkes Reserve. Great location with a 10 mins walk to Bass Hill Plaza, 5 mins walk to main road buses. Air conditioning in Lounge/Dining/Kitchen, ceiling fans in bedrooms. No Parties please The space Walkway at the front of the premises, table and chairs where you can sit and relax and a small bbq for you to enjoy. BBQ equipment is in the pantry cupboard. There are two corners lounge suites in the living areas. The house is on one level expect for one inside step from the entrance living area to the rest of the house. All cutlery, crockery and bedding included. Dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. Washing machine and dryer available to use for free. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the house as it is a freestanding home. Our house is over the fence so if you have any issues, you can just let us know. Self check-in, as there will be a key in the door when you arrive. Simply go into the 2A driveway, walk up the path and follow all the way around the screend fence area, until you reach a screen door. Open the screen door and the key will be inside the wooden door. Other things to note Please note the number of people booked are the number of people allowed in the house. If you book for 2 people, we will assume you only need one queen bed. If you need more, please let us know at time of booking so we can ensure the other beds are made up. We are situated in a blackspot for phone reception, and unfortunately this has been an ongoing battle and you will encounter drop outs and lagging at times with our Free Wifi.
