Wildlife may be present on the property, please use caution - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: The property has portable fans but does not offer air conditioning. The central system can blow out regular air, but it’s not cooled - NOTE: Do not use the wood-burning stove as it is prohibited - NOTE: Please be advised that during winter months snow can accumulate quickly and blizzard conditions can result in brief power outages. We do everything within our power to keep driveway access plowed and easily accessible, but during periods of high plow demand, it could take several hours to get plow services to the property. Additionally, borough road services may take hours to plow the roads in the area. Snow services will not commence until the end of snowfall. We recommend either backing down the driveway or parking in the "culdesac" at the top of the hill if you have to leave the property before snow services can arrive - NOTE: A local fire restriction can be put in place at various times, out of the owner's control. During a fire restriction, guests will not be able to use the outdoor fire pit - NOTE: Wildlife, including moose, may be present on the property. Please exercise caution and do not engage with the animals - NOTE: Your safety matters. The property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the front of the property facing down the driveway, camera 2 is located on the back of the property facing the woods/backyard, and camera 3 is a doorbell camera on the front door facing the front entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras will be off during guest stays
