Oceanview Loft by Peppy Beach Retreats consists of three levels: - at the back of the property, walk up to the stunning sky deck and experience panoramic sea views. Enjoy a drink and soak in the sunset or start your day with a breezy coffee; - on the top level, you will find two large bedrooms with queen beds and a dedicated en-suite for the master room. The master also contains clear ocean views and a walk-in robe. The second room also contains a built-in robe; and - on the entry level, there is a fully functional kitchen, laundry and guest bathroom. You will also enjoy two spacious sitting areas, one of which has a comfortable sofa bed. Most importantly, there is a huge balcony where all of your guests can enjoy a BBQ dinner or drinks with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The Oceanview Loft also has a large garage and additional car parking. Guest access You have access to all of the space described above. Please note that there is an internal door within the property which leads down to a lower-level flat. This lower-level flat has an entirely separate entrance (from the driveway) and the occupants cannot access your dedicated area. The lower-level flat is also entirely self-contained with a kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. There are no shared amenities and the only area that you may see other guests is the shared driveway. Need More Space? By booking the Oceanview Loft, you will have full access to the areas described above and outdoor areas adjacent to them. If you need more space, the entire 4-bedroom property (called "Oceanview Manor") sleeps up to 12 guests and may be available. Other things to note We have a large double garage at the top of the driveway, but please note that the driveway is quite steep and the turning area at the top is steep / tight.
