A wooden annex house ideal for having peace of mind, breathing in nature and at the same time an ideal base for visiting L'Aquila and its surroundings. Composed of a kitchenette and living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room. Outside, a common courtyard includes a garden and parking.
