This open plan, expansive space extends to the outdoor balcony, 8 person dining room and generous lounge area with gas fire place and a large 75 inch TV, connected to a high-fidelity audio system. The large open plan kitchen is well equipped for your entertaining needs and includes an expresso machine and a range of modern appliances, hidden in a secret walk-in butler's pantry. Head down the second flight of stairs to find a dedicated laundry room with 1 washing machine and 2 clothes dryers. Continue down the third flight of stairs to the sleeping quarters. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55 inch TV, generous wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom fitted with spa bath to soak in. The further two bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom, with one bedroom able to be split into two singles if you prefer.
