Villa Akti is situated at the forest zone of south Rhodes. The house is 60 m away from the crystal clean sea. 3 bedrooms, sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, sea view verandas, air conditioned. If the number of guests is more than 7, villa can provide additional folk style apartment for 4 persons at the ground floor for extra cost. The villa has a pool, a charming natural garden, outdoor shower and a barbecue zone with necessary facilities. All rooms have balconies. The space The villa is suitable for both quiet family vacations and romantic, full of privacy summer holidays. It is surrounded by picturesque views of the cleanest sea and beautiful hills covered with forest. The garden of the villa is separated from the sea by small natural park with wild cypress trees. A cute pathway to the beach lays in between the trees which are protected wild nature. The beach is fine coloured pebble, quiet, with private sun canopy, sun beds and sun chairs. The depth of the sea grows gradually, the bottom surface is smooth. The house has two floors - the first and the second. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room and a kitchen. All the house is air-conditioned, with internet access and satellite TV, telephone. On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, one bedroom with a big double bed and a bath corner with toilet, and a bathroom with shower and toilet There is a comfortable fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. The first floor has two big verandas facing the sea and the forest. There is an inner staircase which leads to the second floor. The second floor has two bedrooms - one with nicely decorated double bed which faces a marvelous view of the sea, and the other - two single beds and veranda also facing the sea. There is a big bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Villa can provide a baby-cot (free of charge) and ping-pong facilities (on request in advance, extra fee). If the number of guests is more than 6 persons villa can provide additional premises at the ground floor for additional cost. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, and a large living room area, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. The cleaning of the house and linen change once a week. Please note that environmental government fee is 15 euros per day and collected by the host on check-in. Breakage guarantee 400 euros may apply. It is collected by host on check-in and will be refunded in full on check-out (if no damage done). Guest access The villa has a beautiful garden with lemon trees, pomegranate and fig trees. The big cozy terrace is next to barbeque area, where guests will find a wood oven, grill, sink with cold and hot water, dining table with chairs and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, etc) to make their party easy and nice. On the way from the beach to the house there is an outdoor shower. The villa has parking space enough for 4 cars. At the pebble-sand beach the guests will find private sun canopy with sun beds and sun chairs. 600 m away from the villa there is a beach cocktail bar Mojito, the guests can drive there or take a walk along the sea line. The villa is situated at the protected picturesque forest area bordering the sea, just 4.2 km away from the charming Gennadi village with its old traditional houses, narrow streets with taverns offering traditional Rhodian food. There is a supermarket offering meat and poultry, drinks, cheese, cold cuts and household goods at very good prices, a grocery shop and a bakery at the central square of the village. There is also a Church, a pharmacy and the Medical First Aid Station. Our guests can also visit Lachania village with its beautiful beaches, a picturesque place 5 km away from the villa. Prassonissi cape is an ideal place for surfing. The villa can arrange a daily yacht cruise (the cruise to be paid on the yacht) and assistance in organizing celebrations and car rental in advance. Tourist Kiotari centre (shopping centre, restaurants, bars) is located 10 km from the Villa. To Rhodes town (the capital of the island) is a regular bus service from Gennadi.
