The Studio, Culross Grange

Transformation of an old studio using all our own wood into a cosy little one bedroom home with kitchenette and bathroom. Lie in bed and look down the dappled garlic walk, enjoy lunch at one of the charming local pubs or sit enjoying the warmth of the fire pit as the sun goes down... Use of the fire pit is, unfortunately, dependent on how dry the weather has been - the fire risk is too great during this drought. The space The room is full of light and air with plenty of space and lies within 3 acres of private gardens and down a private gravel driveway. There is a small kitchen area with a kettle, a toaster and a single hob. Pans, frying pan, utensils, plates, bowls, mixing bowls and cutlery are provided, as well as mugs, glasses (wine and tumblers), coffee pots, egg cups, salt, pepper and olive oil. Guest access Private off-street parking, The Studio and the garlic walk as well as some other parts of the large gardens. Other things to note There are two pubs within walking distance - The Frog and Nightgown (approx. 30 minute walk along the lane, through a wood and some fields) and The Holmbush (15 minutes down the road to the local village). If you fancy walking further, there are two more pubs in Rusper, about 2 miles away... Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please ask and I will do my best to accommodate you, but do bear in mind that it may not be possible if The Studio needs to be cleaned after guests who have just left or for guests arriving later the same day.
