The space Our space boasts soaring high ceilings and is conveniently located near the hospital. It backs onto fantastic biking trails and is just a short walk away from the best swimming lake. Surrounded by a peaceful forest, you can still reach downtown by car in 4 minutes or canoe or bike within 10-15 minutes. Notably, we are one of only three waterfront accommodations in the city. Immerse yourself in the best of both worlds - nature and convenience - during your stay. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to a shared fire pit where you can gather around and enjoy the warmth of the flames. For some added fun, there is a trampoline available for guests to bounce on. If you feel like having a barbecue, a picnic table and BBQ grill are at your disposal. Additionally, we have a wood-fired hot tub for a relaxing soak, but please note that guests are responsible for stoking the fire 3-4 hours in advance to ensure the water reaches the desired temperature. Lastly, our deck overlooks the river, providing a beautiful and tranquil setting for you to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Other things to note Toilet paper( most of it) goes into a garbage bin. Our neighbours have a friendly dog that might greet you. If you plan on bringing your furry friend, we kindly request that you keep them on a leash at all times ask that they remain on the main floor to reduce fur and accommodate future guests with allergies. If this doesn't work for you and your pet, please let us know, and we’ll try to find a solution, which may include an additional pet fee.
