The Casita sits on 2 acres with a seasonal pond (empty usually January-March). Enjoy the seclusion of this rural, tranquil park-like setting of the property. The neighbors to the north have cattle and horses. You can enjoy watching graze on the fertile land of the Verde valley or enjoy bird watching with binoculars provided at the casita. We get regular visits from eagles and hawks in the big cottonwood trees. The space The casita has plenty of space for 2-3 guests. *Bedroom - Has king log bed with comfy linens *Bathroom is in master bedroom *Sedona is a 15 minute drive *Jerome is a 20 minute drive *Old town Cottonwood is 10 minute drive Casita includes all linens, dishware, cookware, 12 cup coffee maker, and a Keurig. You will enjoy High Speed internet and you can also enjoy the smart TV by logging into your own Netflix, etc account. Of course you may enjoy the serenity outside more after visiting the wineries and drinking some of your daily wine finds. Yard amenities include Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view of the on-site pond and ranching neighbors and cattle next to us. *Note - We provide limited shampoo/conditioner and body soap. We recommend bringing your own. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and half the pond on the north side of the fence.
