The space Nelsons Nook is a comfortable, unpretentious 4 bedroom home just around the corner from both Nelsons Beach and the north facing Orion Beach. It is perfect for one or two families, or 3 couples, and is in a quiet street close to the best Jervis Bay has to offer. Your pet dog is welcome to stay and will love the freedom of running off-leash at dog-friendly Nelsons Beach early morning and late afternoon. A C C O M M O D A T I O N This is a really comfortable home, just perfect for your beach holiday. The fully fenced back yard boasts a great deck area where you can fire up the Bbq and dine alfresco, and two seperate living areas make the house ideal for parents to relax in one room whilst the kids play or watch their tv shows in the other room. K I T C H E N The well-equipped kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven and cooktop, and double sink with servery windows opening out to the deck. L I V I N G ~ A N D ~ E N T E R T A I N M E N T There are two seperate living areas. The main lounge room at the front of the house has super comfy lounges and a reading nook. There is Foxtel tv, as well as reverse cycle air conditioning. The second living area is off the kitchen and opens out to the deck area. It is a relaxed place to gather as whoever is in the kitchen can also join in on the conversation with those gathered on the deck and in the living area. L O C A T I O N You are perfectly located just a short walk to the dog-friendly Nelsons Beach, where your doggie can run and swim off-leash (early morning and late afternoon). There is also a children's playground in walking distance at Plantation Point. Also just a short walk away is the shared walking and bike track which takes you into Huskisson (5.5km flat walk) or the start of White Sands Walk to Hyams Beach (9.5km return or an average of 2 hours). The local shops are a 3 minute drive away where you will find a Coles, bakeries, bottle shop, butcher, cafes, restaurant and service station. Please call us if you need to discuss. Guest access Guests will be sent access details and directions by email 2 days before arrival. On the day of arrival you will receive a text message with access information and codes to enter the property or access keys. If you don’t receive either of these please call Latitude South Coast on the number you have been provided. Other things to note I M P O R T A N T B O O K I N G I N F O R M A T I O N This property is managed by a licensed Holiday Rental Company. We go far beyond what is provided by real estate agents in terms of service, cleanliness, presentation and quality of holiday homes. P R I C I N G Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay. If this happens we may have to cancel or move your booking dates. Please call us if you need to discuss. Please ignore the "Nightly Rate". The rates set by Latitude South Coast are calculated as a fixed amount for the first two nights followed by a lower nightly rate, or length of stay rates. This allows you to add extra nights at a discounted rate (the longer you stay, the lower the average nightly rate). Unfortunately Airbnb doesn't allow for the way we set our rates in their calculation. Please let us know if you have any questions about this. A R R I V A L A N D D E P A R T U R E T I M E S Standard check in time is 3pm, checkout time is 10am. Where possible and only outside of peak periods, early arrivals and late checkouts will be offered where possible, but not guaranteed. P A R T I E S, F U N C T I O N S and G A T H E R I N G S This property is advertised for the purpose of a holiday, not a party house or function centre. It is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet area. Guests that don't respect our neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond as per the terms and conditions. If you are planning a party, function, hens, bucks, schoolies, wedding or other gathering, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy. W H A T W E P R O V I D E To Make Your Stay Easy And Comfortable L A T I T U D E S O U T H C O A S T ensures linen is supplies for all guests, all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels and bath mats. Beds are made up for you for your convenience when you arrive. K I T C H E N: Cooking essentials (pots and pans) and utensils are provided. If you are planning on cooking a specialty dish requiring a tagine, crock pot or cast iron casserole dish, we recommend you bring your own. C L E A N I N G S U P P L I E S: We provide surface cleaner, washing up detergent, dishwashing tablets/powder, kitchen cloths as well as cleaning equipment and tools for the B B Q. Items like cling wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels are also provide for your convenience. The pantry has all the basics including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar. Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper. The property will have at least one set of shampoo and conditioner. We refill products supplied at the property to reduce the amount of plastic waste. Guests that remove these items from a property will be charged for replacement items to restock the property. Laundry powder or liquid is supplied for the washing machine. 1 Cot and 1 highchair is provided at no extra cost. We don't provide linen for your infant so please bring your own if required. If you find something missing or you would have expected to be at the house (within reason) please let Latitude South Coast know and we will endeavour to drop it off for your convenience.
