There is a very large, fully equipped kitchen and ample internal/outdoor dining, and a very large, airy, comfortable living area. The lounge is complete with a free-standing wood heater (BYO wood). There is a large parents’ retreat with a queen bed, settee, generous ensuite, and a walk-in robe. There are 3 other bedrooms, all with queen size beds with one also having an extra single bed. As well as the ensuite, there is the main bathroom and an additional shower and toilet in the laundry. You can stroll around the island and enjoy the abundance of birdlife, koalas, kangaroos, and even echidnas. The Koala Trail offers a great opportunity to view the Island’s flora and fauna. Paynesville is a short walk along the waters edge boardwalk and a ferry trip to enjoy the restaurants and cafes in Paynesville. This home is only 100 meters from a lovely safe, secluded, sandy, swimming beach and a private jetty with the use of a berth for a boat up to 6 metres. The property is fully fenced and with dual street frontage, you have plenty of room for your cars and boat. Guest access Unrestricted access to the property and all it offers. Other things to note Access to Raymond Island is by Ferry only. Tickets are purchased when boarding via eftpos, $13 for a Car/Van/Ute, free to walk on. The ferry leaves every 20 minutes, with the final departure from Paynesville at 11:15 pm on weekdays and 12:15 am on the weekend. Linen is supplied at this property for the confirmed number of registered guests. Linen included: doonas, pillows, pillow cases, bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers. Guests will need to supply their own beach towels.
