Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away. The space The apartment (38 square meters) has its own entrance, kitchen with stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, pull-out sofa bed, separate bedroom, bathroom with toilet and shower, free Wi-Fi and parking right in front of the house. Good public transport connection and shopping in walking distance. For 2 people, the apartment is very spacious, but it can also be used by 3 people thanks to the sofa bed. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped and even has its own small terrace. Other things to note I added 2 more photos of our beautiful Munich.
