Cozy room in beautiful home-ideal location

Though this is a very small room, with full bed, it has 2 French windows that open up to a large porch so feels larger. We are very central! A block from Beverly Hills, near the Grove, 15 min. to beach, walking distance to Restaurant and Museum Row and 10-15 minutes from Hollywood. Half block from lots of bus lines. Beautiful and on a gorgeous street. Fabulous a/c and heat and the home has lots of light. A very safe neighborhood, even at night. The space Small room, and off the kitchen, but the house is nice and it's a really perfect location for LA!!! Palm tree-lined street! Tons of light! Warm, welcoming family (me and my 17 year, very quiet, son)! Adorable Lab and Golden Retriever will give you lots of love. Guest access Feel free to use the kitchen to cook all meals. Side porch is all yours. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this is our families home and you will be able to see that -- though it is tidy, there are areas where there are dog toys, papers on my desk, etc. Please do not expect our home to look like a hotel. It is a comfortable, clean and lovely home and our guests have been very happy here.
