The space Recently renovated and thoughtfully decorated, our home is designed for comfort, connection, and easy living. With five spacious bedrooms, the house comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. There's one king-sized bed, three doubles, and a bunk bed ideal for children. Whether you're a large family, a group of friends, or a couple looking for extra space, everyone will have room to relax. The open-plan family room opens directly onto the garden through two sets of bifold doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space that's perfect for BBQs, sunbathing, or unwinding with a book. In cooler months, light the wood-burning stove and curl up for a cosy movie night. Enjoy the light-filled interiors, comfy beds, and peaceful garden, all just moments from the shoreline. Explore endless beach walks, cycle the scenic Sultans Way, or enjoy a day out at nearby Chichester Marina, the Boathouse Café, or the Crown & Anchor at Dell Quay. And yes – well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome. Whether you’re chasing adventure or total relaxation, this beachside retreat offers the best of both worlds. Guest access Guest will have sole access to the entirety of the house, but we do have to lock the garage. Other things to note There is a travel cot and high chair at the property for you to use during your stay. Please note we do not provide linens for the cot. This is our family home, but we travel every school holiday and like people to enjoy it whilst we are away. We would just ask that you take care of it! If you scuff a wall please wipe it off etc. Our relationship with our neighbours is very important to us so please respect this and keep the noise to a minimum, especially after 9pm. We have very young kids so they are used to their volume! If you are bringing a dog we just ask that you keep them off furniture and beds. We would also prefer that they weren't brought upstairs. The garden is secure as long as you keep the main driveway gates closed behind you. Maximum of two dogs only. Please if you could make sure the barbecue remain in the designated decking area closer to the woodshed — not next to the garden fence.
