Within walking distance to restaurants, groceries & Starbucks! One block to the sand & very easy access to 101 Freeway. 1/2 block to Keys water/park entry for Kayak or Paddle Board. Most of our friends & visitors comment on the arched doorways throughout the house, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, the front enclosed courtyard with the outdoor shower - with hot water (!), and private back yard which is perfect for entertaining & fun for the kids.
