"Mirador" House - Mirador de la Alcaidía Complex

Experience true nature at our rural complex of 3 detached houses! The perfect time and place to create new memories as a family, couple, with friends or with yourself. By finding us at the top of the Natural Park hill they will have no neighbors and we offer "the best views of the mountain and the village" according to our guests. The space The house "El Mirador" has a living area of 170 m2, ideal for large families and large groups. It has a living/dining room with different points of natural light and an atmosphere with glass windows overlooking the Natural Park, fireplace, hot/cold air conditioning, 50" SmartTV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, private terrace with views of the village and the mountains. It consists of a 2m table and 6 dining chairs, waterproof sofa and armchairs, fully equipped private barbecue and 3 bedrooms inside the room. Each room has a specific number of places and similar features in quality and comfort described below. All rooms have windows with iron bars, blinds and roller blinds, general neutral light and warm ambient light on each bedside table, hot/cold air conditioning, 6-legged upholstered bases, double viscoelastic pocket spring mattresses (prevents deformation), medium-thickness viscoelastic pillows by popular survey, 400 g Nordic duvet, duvet cover, mattress protector, breathable waterproof cover, bottom sheet, top sheet and pillowcase (all 50% cotton 50% polyester). All materials are hypoallergenic, mite-proof, breathable, and white. The beds in each room are dressed with velvet cushions of different sizes and thicknesses, as well as reversible two-tone high-quality velvet foot covers. - BEDROOM 1: It consists of 3 single beds of 90x190 cm with the possibility of adding 1 extra bed of the same size. Built-in wardrobe with a set of towels for each person, solid wood boards to place luggage and 10 hangers. Air conditioning hot / cold. It is characterized by the great luminosity coming from the outside overlooking the complex and the Natural Park. - BEDROOM 2: It consists of 2 single beds of 90x190 cm with the possibility of adding 1 extra bed of the same size. It is characterized by the great luminosity coming from the outside overlooking the complex and the Natural Park. - BEDROOM 3: It consists of 1 double bed of 150x200 cm with the possibility of adding 2 single beds of 90x190 cm. Air conditioning hot/cold. It is characterized by the great luminosity coming from the outside overlooking the complex, the Natural Park and the private terrace. Pdta: Interiors and exteriors completely renovated in February 2023. Guest access Common areas: Pool, beach bar, playground, gardens, full bathroom, pool, parking and farm. All in the heart of Parque Natural de la Sierra de Hornachuelos (Reserva de la Biosfera). The house "El Mirador" has a terrace with views and a private barbecue-grill. Other things to note If you need more space, you can hire extra beds for €25 per person per night. We personally welcome and see off customers.
