Two accessible hot tubs open year round within feet of your front door and are great after a day of biking, hiking, skiing, or snowboarding. The hot tub in your building is 20 steps away and on the same level. The other is 100 feet across the street at the Club House. Basketball court and picnic area on the North end of the community--about a 5 minute walk from the condo. Your condo is securely located on the 2nd floor with a wide open courtyard which is open, airy, and welcoming. Convenient reserved parking in the underground, heated garage, and storage. Guest access Pool, hot tubs, gym, and all facilities in Bear Hollow. The outdoor pool and basketball court are open during the summer. There are 2 hot tubs. One 20 steps out the front door of the condo (no stairs) and another about 100 feet away at the Club House across the street. Both hot tubs are open year round. Other things to note This is one of the best furnished vacation rentals in all of Park City, Utah. I provide all the basics--condiments, sugar, Starbucks French Roast Coffee, cream, spices, cooking oil, roasting pan, and everything you would find in your kitchen at home is in the condo.
