Guest access Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note Noise control This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am. As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am. All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am. The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am.
