Our cozy ski home is located in the Pinebrook area of Park City Utah, near Kimbal Junction and Jeremy Ranch. It is available from February 1st 2024 through April 16th 2024 for a minimum of 60 days and a maximum of 75 days, with an arrival date of February 1st required. It is a great location, with easy access to everything. It is 10 minutes to the Canyons Resort, 15 to Park City Mountain Resort, 20 to Deer Valley and Old Town. It is 5 minutes to the base of Utah Olympic Park and Woodward. The space Our home is a spacious and very cozy two story townhome in a very convenient ski location. Our price includes all utilities, TV and internet. We have a nice open floor plan with very high ceilings, large windows, lots of light and a gas fireplace. Floors are a combination of hardwood, tile, carpet and area rugs. There is a nice size lounging tub in the master bath, as well as a glassed in shower and a double vanity. A second bath/shower combo is in the guest bathroom and there is a 1/2 bath on the main floor. Our home is fully equipped with three flat screen TV's, internet, dishes, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, linen, washer and dryer and a hair dryer. The kitchen has a gas range, a dishwasher and microwave. There is a coffee maker and an array of other cooking utensils and devises. Everything you need to settle in and relax. One of our cars may be left in the garage, but there will be a space for a guest vehicle, as long as it is not oversized. We have a two car garage. A second car can be parked in the driveway as long as it is not for more than a couple of days. On street parking, even on our circle, is strictly prohibited during the winter season to accommodate snowplows and garbage trucks. There is no exception to this. Our personal items, normally stored in the garage, will remain on the shelves in the garage, but there will be room to store skis and a couple shelf will be available for guest use. There is a back porch and yard, but guest are not allowed out back. We are conveniently located to three world class downhill ski and snowboard resorts. We are aso minutes from Swanner Preserve and the Swanner Trail, as well as the Round Valley trail system, Glenwild, Jeremy and Spring Creek trail systems and the Pinebrook trails, which connect to the Mid-Mountain trail. These trails put a host of other oudoor winter recreational opportunities besides downhill skiing, at your your beckon call. Cross-country skiing, skate skiing, snowshoeing, ice-skating, tubing, snowmobiling, trax hiking, running, snowbiking are all very popular activities in this area. It is truly a winter wonderland. New Park, Quirry Village, Kimbal Junction and Redstone are all minutes away and provide great shopping, dining, drinking and cinema opportunities and if your pocket book is feeling hefty, Historic Old Town is only 15 minutes away. It's a great old historic mining town and has a great museum, lots of shops and art galleries and great dining and drinking establishments. It also has lots to do in the way of live theater and concerts offered by the iconic Egyptian Theater and the Eccles Center. You can also enjoy one of the great movies offered by the Park City Film Series at the historic Carl Winter School. Last but not least, on your off days you can work on conditioning yourself at our fantastic gym/rec center, minutes away. It has a great track, lots of machines, free weights a lap pool and zillions of different classes, including yoga. It also has pickle ball quarts and basketball and memberships and drop in visits are very reasonably priced. Silver Mountain and Park City Marc are also close by and Olympic Park is within 5 minutes. Fresh Market and Whole Foods are very close and wonderful No Worries Cafe, now called Breakfast with Dana, is around the corner. There is also very quick freeway access, so if you want to try out any of the other world class resorts that are within an hour or so of here or you need to fly out for business, you can do so easily. We're close to banks, a library the Park City Visitor Center, post office and medical centers and we are on the free Park City bus line. A bus stop is 2 minutes from our door or you can park your car at the park and ride 2 monutes from here or at the well heated and comfortable transit center 5 minutes away at Kimball Junction. From there you can take the electric express bus or regular bus to the Canyon Resort, Park City Mountain Resort or to Old Town. This is great if you want to save on parking expense or want to go have a few drinks and don't want to have drive in from Old Town when you're a little bit tipsy. You can also buzz around for free by using the High Valley Transit app. It's like a free Uber, but has a fairly limited service area. Guest access There will be parking for one car in our garage. There is no on street parking. Guest will gain access through the garage. Other things to note House rules, and rental terms must be reviewed before any reservation will be finalized, and must be abided by. It is only our desire to have our home returned to us in the same condition it was received by our guest and to ensure our guest don't do anything to disturb our neighbors or violate the rules of our complex.
