It also has a private park with a C&R fishing lake that does not require a Texas fishing license. Guest we’ll have access to our shared boat dock on Army Corps property behind Owner‘s house. Other things to note No parties . No non-paying guest in game room . We can assist in a local address for you to get children registered in school or Texas drivers license Etc. All three televisions are hooked up to a free digital antenna . If you want to get your own cable TV and or Internet service? Suddenlink provides no contract month to month service . We use a hotspot on our phone to operate our computers with no trouble. Standard utilities are included, electricity, water/city services . we can discount the price for electricity and transfer it to your name if you prefer. Yard care is done by property owner . And the manicured yard is water from underground sprinkler system pumped out a lake Lewisville .
