This one-bedroom cottage is set in an elevated position in Robin Hood’s Bay. It has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard including oak wood floors, log burning stove and a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps 2. Available all year for short breaks or full weeks. One small dog allowed. The space Contemporary layout with open plan kitchen/dining area and sitting room with a wealth of exposed structural timbers and exposed brickwork. All fittings in the kitchen and bathroom are of the highest quality. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The bathroom is tiled in Villeroy and Boch tiles, with Villeroy and Boch bathroom fittings, recessed lighting, illuminated mirror and huge towel rail radiator. The Shaker style kitchen has a larder fridge, pan drawers, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch oven and hob, Franke sink and taps. A combi boiler supplies all the hot water and heating to make your stay really comfortable. The bedroom has French shutters to the feature window, and opens out onto the front of the property with stunning sea views to enjoy when having your morning tea. There is a French style bed, coordinating wardrobe and bedside tables, and a television. In the lounge, there is a window seat from where you can gaze out to sea or across Ravenscar. Secure parking available for two vehicles. WIFI is available at the property for your use. Guest access It’s the perfect choice for couples looking for an escape to the seaside…. Other things to note The cottage is 5 minute walk to nearest shop which is at the end of the road. The nearest pub is just a few minutes away from that, so everything is so close by. Parking down at the Bay is very limited especially in the busy times, so guests return to our cottage each year as we have space for up to two cars and everything is such a short walk away. To get to Robin Hoods Bay village and all the shops, it is a ten minute walk down. We have a folder in the cottage with all the local information; which restaurants to visit, walks etc. The cottage is wheelchair accessible - easy access to the building for guests in wheelchairs.
