This is a complex of 4 separate private pool villas. 2 villas have 2 bedrooms and 2 villas have 3 bedrooms, giving 10 bedrooms in total. There is an interconnecting gate between the two middle villas enabling you to book the villas separately, or all together as 4 villas. Each villa has its own private pool, private fence, and own private entrance. And each villa can be completely private. Just 5 mins walk to 2 beautiful beaches, and just 5 mins by car to many restaurants. Just 5 mins walk to 2 beautiful beaches, and just 5 mins by car to many restaurants. Each villa has been tastefully designed and decorated, and all furnishings are clean. All bedrooms have king size beds and all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The 4 pools are all totally private from each other and all have beautiful sea views. Cleaning is weekly with additional cleans available at extra cost. Existing bedding can accommodate up to 20 guests. Please inquire for extra bedding to accommodate further guests To conserve energy, we've adjusted our electricity policy. Instead of including electricity costs in the nightly rate, you'll now pay only for your actual usage. The meter is read upon check-in and check-out, and charges are ฿9 per unit + 7% vat. An electric guarantee deposit will be collected prior to check-in. It will be refunded upon check-out, minus any electricity charges. Estimated electrical guarantee deposits that will be collected are: For 3 nights = ฿4,500 For 7 nights = ฿9,000 For 2 weeks =฿17,500 For 1 Month = ฿35,000 Please note: Actual consumption may vary. Important: Electric Guarantee Deposit Payment: The electricity guarantee deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival. Passport Requirement: A copy of all passports is required for check-in to comply with Thai law.
