This house, built in 1901 and affectionately called the Brunelle house by locals, is filled with history. Facing the magnificent St. Lawrence River, it offers superb sunrises and sunsets, as well as the passage of ocean liners. Located on an intimate 15,000 sq. ft. plot, with a field and farm in the back where you can hear the animals, it offers a terrace with outdoor hot tub, a billiard room and one of the most beautiful beaches in Quebec The space The whole house is available for you: kitchen, bathroom, playground, living room, 5 bedrooms, spa, terrace and grounds. All the amenities are there: espresso machine, Nespresso machine. BBQ. Raclette oven, Chinese fondue, chocolate fondue. Netflix and standard cable. Excellent Wi-Fi. Children's games, baby bed, stroller, changing table. There is also an oil fireplace in the billiard room. Guest access All areas are available for you! The whole house! Other things to note The house is located about 15 minutes from Trois-Rivieres, 50 minutes from Quebec City and about 1:15 from Montreal. The house is located in front of the boat launch ramp on the Saint-Laurentet just in front of Batiscan beach where you can swim. Batiscan River National Park is definitely worth a visit. There is the Mauricie National Park. Close to the Poissons des Chenaux in Sainte-Anne-De-La-Perade. Neighboring village that I like, Cap-Santé, Deschambault-Grondines. Microbrewery La Ferme du Tarieu, the garage, restaurant at the Batiscan campsite. Cross-country skiing in Champlain.
