Luxurious Edwardian Villa - Hafod Cae Maen

Our house has panoramic views from the garden and is close to beaches, restaurants, and Portmeirion village. There are heaps of family-friendly activities in the area, including zip wires, underground crazy golf and the UK's only alpine coaster. The Ffestiniog Steam Railway is only a 15 minute walk from the house. Guests love the house because of the views, seclusion, luxuriousness and the beautiful garden. It's great for couples, families (with or without kids) and big groups. The space Downstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen (we even have a wine fridge!) plus snug, a large sitting room with a large TV, and a library with an open fire and a lot of books! Oh and there is a porch for your walking boots, a utility room and a loo. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with kingsize beds, two smaller rooms which can be configured either as twins or superking, a shower room with loo and a bathroom with loo. Outside there is a beautiful and large private garden, tables and chairs for outside dining, a sunset deck, a playhouse for little ones and a large parking area. Guest access You can access all of the house and gardens apart from a couple of cupboards, the garage and a car port. Other things to note Guests will be given a welcome hamper :-)
