In the heart of the tourist town of L'Isle-Adam. This studio is bathed in light with a beautiful view of the "L'Oise" river. You will feel at home, zen and peaceful! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium nestled in the heart of the city center, its boutiques, restaurants, cinema, shops... You can get everywhere on foot or by bike. The swimming pool (open year-round) and the beach (open in season) are 100 m away. The train station is also 300 m away, a 5-minute walk. Its location is ideal. Recently renovated, it is well equipped and has all modern comforts. it is 30 m2 with a view through. It is ideal for 2 people. It has a 140*190 bed for 2 people with a Simmons mattress and a convertible sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster... A balneo shower with radio and LED completes the accommodation. The entire studio is equipped with LED lights.
