Other things to note Important Update – Reduced Price for Your Stay We want to let you know that the property rate has been massively reduced to reflect two temporary limitations: the spa is currently not functional and the backyard is unavailable due to erosion. Your comfort and safety remain our top priority, and we want to ensure you have all the details before your stay. Due to natural erosion at the back of the property, the backyard area is not accessible at this time. The section has been securely fenced off and poses no safety risk. While restoration work is pending, the rest of the property remains completely safe and fully usable. Although direct beach access from the property is temporarily unavailable, the patrolled beach is just 550 meters away (around an 8-minute walk). Guests can also choose to drive, with a large public car park located nearby. We are working closely with local authorities and will provide updates as soon as the original access and amenities are restored. ----------------------------- The property owners, and affiliated personnel shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during beach use and swimming activities. ----------------------------- I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. I’ve put a lot of effort into making this house into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. Please don’t rearrange our furniture, don’t eat in the bedroom, and clean the kitchen after you use it. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noises between 9pm and 8am. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony. Pets are welcome at our home, but please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Please note this property is not fully fenced, guest should be fully responsible for the pet safety.
