3 bed cottage nestled at centre of 21 acres

Located in the centre of 21 acres this secluded 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is only a 5 min drive to the Blackbutt pub and a 2 minute drive to Blackbutt golf course. We have sweeping views off the front and back decks, perfect to capture sunrise and sunsets. Our Heated Magnesium Tank Pool is the perfect place for a drink. There is a huge external fire-pit that caters for large groups to enjoy as well as a large deck and BBQ. We have 3 cows that the kids will enjoy feeding. NBN wifi throughout. The space The property has 3 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a king single. The property can be on request set up to include an additional single trundle bed and a single mattress in bedroom 3. The main bathroom has a combined bath and shower with a separate toilet. An additional toilet is located underneath the house. The cottage has 2 decks, the front to take in the sunrise while having breakfast. Our rear deck is take in the sunsets and a great place to keep your eye on the kids in the pool. Both decks have Smart Tvs, Fans and Weber Bbq's. We have a huge 75inch Tv in the lounge upstairs. Downstairs we have another Lounge area with a Smart Tv and a Nintendo switch, perfect as a kid chillout zone. We have a games zone, for adults and kids, including Giant Jenga, Cornhole and Connect 4. Pricing is based on 6 guests any additional will be an extra $25 per person, per night. We have 3 cows, geese and ducks that love to be fed! We will supply the food for your kids to enjoy a close encounter with our farmyard friends. We do have platypus in our dam, they are nocturnal creatures meaning they are most active at night but may also fed in the early morning or late afternoon. You can take a torch down to the dam to try and see them but make sure your quiet so you don’t startle them. We also offer a Breakfast pack, available for multiple guest numbers. We will contact you before your stay and if interested, the pack will be left in the cottage upon your arrival. Guest access The guests have access to the full house and a large portion of the property. The property has a huge 4 acres of fully fenced manicured land around the house to use at your leisure with plenty of room to kick a football or play cricket. You also have access to the downstairs toilet. Access is prohibited to the cow paddock at the rear of the property and external garage and sheds. Domestic Dogs are to be kept in main house yard at all times and all gates/fences are to be closed after accessing through them. Please no climbing or entering our old Truck at the front of the property. We will have the heater for the pool turned on before your stay. Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Please always supervise children in the pool. Other things to note On weekends we allow 2 night minimum stays for 6 people, any extra people will be an additional $25 per person per night. Property is dog and horse friendly on request and is fully fenced. Guests can bring friends in caravans/camping on site on request for an additional cost. The property has NBN wifi and has multiple TVs including a wall hung balcony TV. A large pile of firewood is provided for guest use. The Weber BBQ is equipt with pizza stones and roast trays. The property has a large private lake with plenty of ducks and geese where guests can kayak and canoe (kayak and canoe not provided). The property has a 240L bin located at the front boundary and all rubbish to be placed in the bin at checkout. Firepit is to be cleaned after use and dishes loaded into the dishwasher and the dishwasher ran at checkout. Check in time is 3pm with checkout time being 10am. There will be an added expense of $50 if the BBQ and fire pit have not been cleaned.
