Monferrato Residence - the sunflowers

The space Sunflowers (A1) is the name of the studio apartment that we offer. It has just been completed and is about 40 square metres on plan and includes its own en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a large double bed, bedside tables a chest of drawers and double wardrobe. The walls are hung with paintings by a local artist which, if to your liking, can be purchased. At one end of the room are large sliding glazed double doors, shaded by curtains, which open onto a large balcony from where you can enjoy a view of which you will never tire. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, bidet, shower, mirror and all the necessary accessories. The property is fully accessible for wheelchairs. The apartment is located near the Caffé Belvedere, where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace or, later in the day, a traditional aperitif with local appetizers. Whilst in the tranquility of the surrounding hills, the property is extremely safe and secure, with the nearby police station providing additional comfort. The location is an ideal base from which you may, in few minutes’ walk or even less by car, visit several local restaurants where you can enjoy gastronomic specialities of the area. Within a few kilometres drive there are also a number of winemakers who will be happy to arrange tastings of their products and from whom you can buy directly. The apartment is at the center of a strategically convenient area from where, if you have access to a car, you can reach many interesting tourist spots. Lakes Viverone and Maggiore are an hour's drive away as well as the cities of Milan and Turin with their many attractions. Even the sea is no more than an hour and a half. Much closer are the Santuario di Crea, Verrua Savoia and Casale Monferrato, with Murisengo and Moncalvo, two ancient communities that have their roots in the days of the Roman Empire. If you wish to indulge in more leisurely pursuits you can go trekking, freshwater fishing, horseback riding, rafting on the tranquil river Po or attend some of the local festivals and concerts. Whatever your preferences, we will try to accommodate you and leave you good memories of your stay.
