The Riad is composed of 6 bedrooms with 6 private baths and can accommodate from 2 to 12 people, exclusively. It offers absolute privacy for private and exclusive use and benefits from a neat and comfortable decoration. Very well located in the medina, 5/10 minutes from the square Jemaa el-Fna through souks and markets. The Riad articulated around a patio with a swimming pool is a space where it is good to meet with family or friends, offering all the comfort of a private house, while keeping a traditional chic layout in a calm, lively or festive atmosphere depending on the events or hours of the day. Its 5 air-conditioned rooms, cool in summer and warm in winter combine contemporary comfort and traditional architecture that can accommodate up to 12 people. The room overlooking the patio (6th bedroom) does not have air conditioning. All benefiting from a bathroom and private toilets, they have been the subject of a personalized decoration in which Moroccan craftsmanship is omnipresent. A cooker is your disposal to prepare your breakfasts and meals (with an extra charge) at your convenience according to a list of varied menus. The kitchen is a private space for staff. The Riad is a 5/10 minute walk to the famous Jema elnaa square. After leaving the buzz of the souks and After leaving the buzz of the souks and taking the Derb Dabachi you will arrive in this quiet and charming little alley, which is the Derb Dalia. The Riad is a haven of peace, with a touch of modernity in a traditional environment. You will feel particularly good and at home, after a busy day in the souks of the medina or visiting the region. You can then, at your leisure, enjoy a privileged moment of relaxation in the lounges of the patio, relax and cool off in the pool or contemplate from the panoramic terrace the red city and the superb view offered by the Atlas. The riad is equipped with all comfort services, such as wifi internet, TV, a safe. The Riad is located in the heart of the Marrakesh medina (old town), 5-10 minutes' walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Guest access The riad is rented exclusively, so you will be alone to occupy it. The 6 bedrooms each have their own private bathroom and toilet, towels and bed linen are provided, shampoo and shower gel are not. The 6th bedroom overlooking the patio does not have air conditioning (fan only). The small additional room available on request (a single bed) does not have a private bathroom and air conditioning. Shampoo and shower gel are not provided. The washing machine is not self-service but at extra cost (100 dirhams per machine). The kitchen is a space reserved for staff. The pool is not heated. Please also note that the riad is a house and not a hotel, so it is not allowed to access our economy. If you need additional towels, toilet paper or other, please ask our staff. Bringing in people other than the renters during the hours of the day and/or night is strictly prohibited by Moroccan law and may result in sanctions and legal proceedings. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration before booking the riad. Other things to note Options: Breakfasts: 50 dirhams (mad) per person. Dinner: 180 dirhams per person. Airport transfers: We offer a private transfer service for your arrivals/departures from Marrakech Airport at a rate of 250 dirhams per trip (up to 7 people and excluding night rate). For a transfer, from 8 people, please contact me. Breakfasts, dinners and transfers are to be paid on-site to my manager, Rachid, in dirhams (mad). The chimney is decorative and cannot be used, for safety reasons. -Towels and sheets are provided. -Tamping and shower gel are not provided. -The pool is not heated.
