We provide a dedicated modern workspace with high speed NBN internet connectivity so you don’t miss out on joining your family and friends while working from your home away from home. Our backyard alfresco area is an ideal place to relax on a summer afternoon, hosting a bbq dinner or lunch while playing outdoor games on the grass or simply having a warm drink while roasting marshmallows around the fire pit in winter. Play table tennis matches in our game room or take our bikes for a ride to the nearby Collingwood Beach through the dedicated bike path that is surrounded by natural bush lands and native animals. Take the kids to the park for a picnic, or visit the nearby leisure center for a swim or workout. There are plenty of entertainment options to keep the young ones occupied. If you decide to stay in, our 75" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with complimentary Prime Video, and Plex Movie and TV library will sure to satisfy your media needs . Or simply just listen to music on our high quality sounding Sonos, or plug in to the high speed internet and just relax. We have a 60inch 4 player arcade machine with over 750 games, boardgames and children's books to keep everyone entertained as well as outdoor games in the backyard. Our fully stocked kitchen with butler pantry and our laundry is also equipped with coffee machine, cookware and appliances. Getting groceries to cook the family a meal is only a 160 meter walk away. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants or takeout options available. Our luxurious beds and beautifully designed bedrooms will ensure a comfortable night's sleep after long day of activities. Our home has exactly 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 showers, 1 bath tub, 2 sinks, 2 toilets and 1 laundry room equipped with a laundry sink, washer and dryer. Guest access We can sleep up to a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children/youths comfortably, the first 6 guests are included in base nightly rate, extra additional guest need to be registered and is an additional fee up to and including 10 people. Reduction in guest numbers are non-refundable. Guests have access to the entire house, including the backyard and games room. Fresh linen & towels are provided in all beds for up to 10 guests. To be environmentally friendly, we ask that you only use the necessary beds and linen for the number of guests in your party. Other things to note While parking in the garage is not available, there are parking spots available on the driveway and on the street. Our bunk beds have mattresses that are 190cm in length. Our home is commercially cleaned, and linen is professionally laundered.
