We rent out our cozy and elegantly furnished 40 sqm cottage with large terrace, modern and fully equipped kitchen, flat screen and much more. -Supermarket and bakery are around the corner -Restaurants are within walking distance -Göppingen, Esslingen and Stuttgart are easily accessible with public transport. The space Modern, exclusive cottage with business equipment is located near Stuttgart in the so-called "Stauferland" which has many excursions and activities. There's something for everyone. Whether you want to relax in the Barbarossa thermal spa or prefer to be active in sports (many cycling and walking routes) or want to enjoy culture. The Stauferland and its Swabian Alb are very versatile. Flyers and maps are available for you. But also Stuttgart is only about 40 km away and very easy to reach via the federal highway/highway in the immediate vicinity or by public transport (train station about 5 minutes walk). Here a train runs comfortably on weekdays at least 2 times per hour in the direction of Stuttgart. Munich can be reached in about 2 hours. We can offer a cozy and exclusive, bright, sun-drenched cottage with sep. Bathroom (toilet, shower), open kitchen and upscale amenities - also for the business area (free Wi-Fi). Our cottage with sep. Entrance is situated in a quiet district of Göppingen. It has a king size bed in the bedroom, has direct access to the large terrace and garden where the small visitors with a play tower and many games are also thought of so that parents can relax. The small river called "Fils" flows behind the garden and is not visible but audible due to a fence with hedge. With us, you always sit in the countryside. Enjoy and relax possibly also with a cozy barbecue evening (the barbecue is ready for you)! The apartment is designed for 2-3 people. If you slide together on the 140m wide sofa bed, 2 people can sleep there. So a total of 4 people. A crib can be delivered. Other things to note Parking is not available directly at the house. However, it can be parked directly on the road. This is about 10m from house. The property is located on the Fils. You can hear water noises at the terrace. In the cottage with closed windows, the sounds are not audible. But if you are very sensitive, you should take that into account.
