Each bedroom, and living areas feature beautiful views of Aruba & the Caribbean Sea. Open living dining areas inside and out are perfect for gathering and entertaining. The ground floor features a bedroom complete with queen bed & Ensuite bath for guests that do not want to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. Primary bedroom with king bed and private bath, along with a 2nd guest room with queen bed and guest bath occupy the 2nd floor and both bedrooms open to large balconies. Guest access Tierra Del Sol is a gated community and our representative will meet guests at the property to gain access and give a tour of the home for check in. They will also return at check out. Other things to note Rates are nightly and exclude local taxes and service fees. While access to the Tierra Del Sol resort swimming pools or other resort amenities such as the fitness center, restaurant, etc. is not included with the rental, guests have the option to book daily pool passes at the resort for a fee of $35 per person per day, which includes a $20 food/beverage credit. These amenities are conveniently located within a short walking distance. Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests. Video and pictures are taken prior to check in for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner. Your rental includes beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Please request pack n plays and high chairs at check in - we have a limited supply, so it is first come, first served.
