A photo with the design and dimensions is provided on this site for your viewing. Guest access The house is all yours to enjoy! SELF CHECK-IN is available. The code to access the house is provided just prior to the check-in time. Arrival time is flexible if you anticipate arriving late. Parking is available on the property in front of the main bedroom. Please do not park anywhere else in the yard. It is safe to park your car in the street, however, best to push the side window in when parked there as the street be narrow when cars are parked on either side. Other things to note * PARKING: Parking is available in the yard at the southern end of the house in front of the main bedroom. There is sufficient off-street parking for 2 cars. Free parking also available on the street. * Free to Air Channels: Our property does not offer traditional TV channels, but fear not! We've provided you with access to many internet-based programs, like YouTube. * SMOKING: Smoking, including cigarettes and E-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the property and even on the balcony. Guest can smoke outside as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly. * PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. *HEATING - In addition to the reverse cycle air conditioning unit which will keep you cool in the warmer months and warm in the cooler months, there is a plug-in heater and fan for extra comfort. *MATTRESSES: Additional mattresses are available on request. These include foam and blow-up mattresses. Mattresses are not left at the property. *RED BIN: The general rubbish bin (red lidded bin) is collected only once a fortnight, therefore is it important that ALL items that are recyclable are placed in the yellow bins as the red bin will fill up very quickly if items are not recycled. Due to excess rubbish left at the property, a charge to the guest based on council's tipping fee will apply for excess rubbish that the red bin cannot accommodate in the fortnight period. *YELLOW BIN: Please ensure to place recycling items loose in the recycling bin. DO NOT place items in a bin liner as these can't be recycled and council will not empty the bin. * BAGGAGE STORAGE: We cannot provide baggage storage on the property for security reasons. * FOOTWEAR: We kindly request that no shoes be worn on the carpet. * JUMPING: Please refrain from jumping on the bed or sofa. * NOISE: Enter and leave the home quietly to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 P.M. Please be reminded that loud noises, music, and other disturbances may negatively impact the experience of neighbors; please note if we receive a complaint, fines will apply from $2000 AUD. * EXTRA LINENS/EXTRA TOWELS: Additional linens are available upon request for an extra $35 per set. Please notify us in advance before your arrival if you require this service. We implemented a policy of providing one towel per person during the stay, as part of our commitment to environmental conservation. However, if you need extra, it's $10/pc. * KEYS/PADLOCK: Ensure the property key and fob are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys and fob will be applicable if their loss is confirmed. Ensure the padlock is securely locked with the key/fob inside upon checking out. * ARRANGEMENT CHANGES: Please refrain from touching, moving, or altering the arrangement or set of any furniture within the property. We've carefully curated the space to ensure your comfort and safety. * CHECK-OUT: When checking out, please leave the property clean and tidy. * DAMAGES: If you notice any damage in the property upon arrival, we recommend taking photographs and promptly sharing them with the Aircabin Customer Service team via your booking channels. It's best to do so as soon as you've settled in at the property rather than until check-out. Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean. * PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited.
