The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely. -Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old. -The exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video cameras. There are cameras facing the front courtyard, the back yard, and the exterior sides of the home. -We would also like to emphasize that the property is in a quiet residential neighborhood and quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. Failure to comply could result in a $500 fine for noise code violations. -Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information. -Additional deposits may be required. -No pets allowed. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
