It is comfortably furnished, & also has free Wi-Fi and 2 smart TVs , Netflix. The property has 2 parking spaces plus visitor parking. Brisbane City and Airport are a 20 minutes drive from the property. The Gold and Sunshine Coasts are an easy drive away. The complex offers a gym a swimming pool. Public transport, shops & a very popular restaurant/pub are close by. The space THE ACCOMMODATION IS IN A QUIET FAMILY COMPLEX. FOR THAT REASON LOUD NOISES, MUSIC OR PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
