Recently renovated house in a 19th-century Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by hills, vineyards and olive groves located in the Chianti area and 1 km from the village (Antella) and 20 minutes by car from the center of Florence. The space On the ground floor, there is an equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and a double bedroom with a queen-size bed; on the upper floor, you will find the second bedroom with a normal double bed (170x190) and a very nice single loft bed in addition to the personal bathroom accessed through a hallway with a built-in closet. New and cozy travertine stone bathrooms. Outside is the garden with a large terraced courtyard in terracotta. The new living room in the large enclosed and heated veranda allows you to enjoy your stay as if you were outdoors. Characteristic architecture with exposed beams and original terracotta floor. We use renewable energy sources with photovoltaic system and solar thermal panels. Large fenced field with olive trees, fruit trees and vegetable garden from which you can harvest fresh vegetables in addition to fresh eggs from our hens. If you wish and consistent with work commitments, we will be happy to help you with any need. In the adjacent village you will find shops, hospital, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, church and bus stop that will take you to the historic center of Florence in just 20 minutes. Other things to note The upstairs bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan. The garbage must be separated and placed in the appropriate bins and placed outside on the established days. The house is eco-friendly thanks to photovoltaic and solar panels. With the new provisions regarding COVID, in addition to the normal deep cleaning of the accommodation, all surfaces are sanitized with disinfectant solutions, including door and window handles and closets, light switches, keys, various buttons, shelves, guides, and chairs.
