Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our five bedroomed house looks over the beautiful Devon countryside and Lyme Bay beyond in the peaceful village of Maidencombe. There is a pub serving delicious food at the bottom of our hill and the beach is a five minute walk away where there is a cafe hiring out canoes and SUPs. Dartmoor is about 30 mins car ride away as is the historic city of Exeter. Torquay boasts a beautiful sea front with many tourist attractions. The space The front of the house has a deck which overlooks Lyme Bay. The dining area, sitting room and large conservatory have access to the deck. There are three bedrooms on this floor, one with twin single beds and two kingsized beds in the other rooms. One room has direct access to a shower room which doubles up for use with the swimming pool. The endless pool has a motor which generates a swimming current at different speeds. There is also a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower as well as a separate loo. There is a large, well equipped kitchen. Guest access The whole house and garden will be available to you. There are two drives which will both hold at least three cars. There is direct access to the house from the top drive and from the bottom drive the house is accessed by stairs through the garden. There is also a private lay-by on the road for additional parking if required. Other things to note There is a small pond in the garden, but this is covered by a strong metal grid. Small children may need supervision going down the steps to to the lawn.There is a patio area on the lawn with L-shaped seating, umbrella, table with fire-pit and a BBQ.
