While we carry out thorough cleaning and inspections before each check-in, it is difficult to completely prevent this due to the natural surroundings. We kindly ask for your understanding, and recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to insects take this into consideration when making a reservation. ・Guidelines for Using Outdoor Area To ensure consideration for our neighbors, the use of outdoor facilities such as the BBQ and pool is limited to 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.Outside of these hours, we kindly ask that you spend time indoors quietly. ・Our facility is a fully unmanned hotel. We do not provide room service, additional amenities, and also room cleaning service. ・Amenities (bath towels・face towels) are prepared only one set per person. ・All rooms are Non-smoking. Ashtrays are prepared at the entrance or on the terrace, so you can smoke only outside. ・Setting off fireworks within the facility premises is prohibited. ・Pets are not allowed. If pets are found to be in the room, you will be charged for additional cleaning and replacement of damaged furniture. ・Please be aware that due to the location of our facility in an area rich in nature, insects may enter the property (inside/outside the room). We appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to use the insecticidal spray available. ・Only guests are allowed to enter the property. If anyone other than the guest enters the room without permission, an additional charge will be made. ★Due to the bad manners of some guests, there have been complaints from neighbors and police have been dispatched to the area.
